Paid media management
Search, shopping, paid social, retail media and programmatic — planned, bought and optimised in-house. Account structure, bidding strategy, budget pacing, creative rotation, and feed work where it applies.
Advexo plans, buys and measures paid media across search, social, retail and programmatic. Every engagement ships with the same thing attached: measurement you can audit — clean server-side tracking, honest attribution, and reporting that separates what worked from what merely correlated.
Most agencies sell media and leave the measurement to whoever set up the pixel three years ago. We do both, because a buying decision built on a broken conversion count is just an expensive guess.
Search, shopping, paid social, retail media and programmatic — planned, bought and optimised in-house. Account structure, bidding strategy, budget pacing, creative rotation, and feed work where it applies.
Server-side tagging, consent-aware data collection, GA4 and warehouse pipelines, attribution modelling, and incrementality testing via geo holdouts and platform lift studies. The number you report should survive a cross-check.
An independent read on what you already run: wasted spend, tracking health, auction overlap, creative fatigue, and whether the reported return traces back to a conversion that actually happened.
One warehouse, one definition per metric, dashboards your finance team can reconcile. Weekly deltas, monthly narrative, and a log of every change we made and what it moved.
Ad creative built to be tested rather than admired, plus landing pages and checkout paths tuned for the same measurement spine — so a lift shows up somewhere you can see it.
Consent mode, retention rules, PII handling and platform data-sharing settings configured deliberately — not left at whatever the default was on the day of installation.
Figures describe work delivered on client accounts and are reviewed annually. Your numbers will depend on your catalogue, margin and market.
Search takes credit for a branded click that would have converted anyway. Social counts a view-through on someone who never saw the ad. Retail media marks up the same sale your email programme also claims.
We rebuild the measurement layer before we touch a bid. Once one number is agreed and traceable, every later decision has something to be right or wrong against — and the conversations stop being about whose dashboard is open.
Illustrative of the pattern we find on accounts with no server-side layer: roughly a third of conversions never reach the analytics property, and deduplication is the most common single failure.
Read-only access to the ad accounts, analytics property and tag container. We check what is being counted, what it is worth, what is double-counted and what is missing — then hand you the findings whether or not you continue.
One primary metric, its definition, its data source and its owner. If revenue is the goal, we reconcile it against your finance system rather than a platform column. Nothing gets optimised until this is settled.
Server-side tagging, consent handling, conversion deduplication, offline and CRM imports, warehouse pipeline and dashboard. Typically two to three weeks, with the buying team working in parallel on the parts that need no rebuild.
Restructure, reallocate, test. Budget moves toward what the agreed number says is incremental, not toward whichever platform shouted loudest that month. Creative and landing pages iterate on the same spine.
Weekly numbers, monthly narrative, a changelog of every edit we made. Where a claim is modelled rather than observed, it is labelled. Where we are unsure, we say so.
Every package includes the measurement layer. We do not sell media management without it, because that is how accounts end up optimising a number nobody can defend.
For teams who want an independent read before committing to a retainer.
For teams spending regularly who need the media run and the measurement held to the same standard.
For multi-market or multi-brand advertisers where attribution and governance carry real money.
Fees are stated in US dollars and exclude ad spend, which is always paid by you directly to the platforms. No percentage-of-spend markup and no platform rebates — see how we are paid.
“The audit told us a third of what we called conversions were duplicate events from a tag manager migration nobody had finished. We had been bidding against a number that was wrong by that much for eight months.”
“What I value most is the changelog. I can open any month, see every edit they made, and connect it to what moved. I have never had that from an agency before.”
“They talked us out of a retainer for the first quarter and told us to fix tracking first. That cost them revenue and it is exactly why we signed.”
No. We charge a flat fee for the work. Percentage-of-spend fees pay an agency more when it spends more, which is a conflict we would rather not have in the room when the question is whether to increase budget. We also take no rebates, no platform incentives and no resale margin — see how we are paid.
Yours, always. Ad accounts, analytics properties, tag containers, cloud projects and the warehouse all sit in your name and your billing. If we part ways, you keep every asset and every historical record — there is no export step and nothing to negotiate.
Usually around fourteen days from kickoff for the core events — a server-side container, deduplication, GA4 aligned to it, and a pipe into your warehouse. Attribution modelling and incrementality work take longer, typically six to ten weeks, and we sequence them so the buying team is never idle waiting.
Yes, and it is common. The Audit package is often bought precisely so an existing team gets an independent read. For Growth and Scale we can own the media entirely, or own measurement while your team runs the buying — the fee adjusts but the standard does not.
Mostly teams spending between roughly $20,000 and $500,000 a month, across e-commerce, subscription, marketplaces and B2B lead generation. Below that range the audit is usually still worth it; above it we would scope Scale around your markets rather than a fixed package.
Read-only access to the ad accounts and analytics, a name for the person who owns the commercial target, and about ninety minutes in the first week. We will send a scoped list of exactly which permissions we need — no admin rights, no billing access.
A short call, read-only access, and a written read on your measurement and media within a week. If the honest answer is that you do not need us, that is what the report will say.
